What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking senior consultants who combine technical expertise with strong communication skills, delivering results while fostering strong, lasting client relationships. You’ll play a key role in understanding client needs, crafting solutions, and guiding projects to success by connecting technical expertise with business understanding.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Leadership: You can lead by example, inspire colleagues, and handle even difficult conversations with clarity and confidence—without creating hierarchies.
• Technical & Business Insight: You bring consulting experience, with an interest in solving complex business challenges and delivering value for clients.
• Systematic Yet Proactive: Your work style balances structure with enthusiasm and initiative. You know how to drive projects forward and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Communication: You’re skilled at building relationships, articulating ideas, and ensuring everyone is aligned.
• Tech Stack: Solid full stack expertise and grasp of agile project management principles. Experience with Clojure is a bonus—it’s our default technology choice in projects.
• Domain Expertise: A solid understanding of Telco or Adtech processes, and proficiency in relevant programming languages in those areas, are a big plus.
• Location: You are (or will be) based in Finland and are fluent in English. Finnish is a plus.
